Hi friend, good day to you. Thank you for visiting this page and read my first article on this blog.

Today I want to introduce myself.  I am Architect Atul Kulkarni. I completed my Architecture Degree from Pune University in 2006. After that, I worked for 11 years at 3 different MNC companies as an architect and there I catered in various roles related to my Architecture, Construction, and Engineering Services until Nov 2017. Recently I have started, my own practice as an Architect here in Maharashtra Pune and Raigad. I have my 11 years of experience of working in various companies and Now I want to contribute my knowledge and experience in Blogging. I have launched this blog in Jan 2018 and am passionate to write about my experience in This Sector, also I request guest posts. As you know that blogging was not popular in India until few years, but rapid penetration of internet up to tier 3 towns, villages and urban areas, made such an internet savvy works a realistic option today for those who are passionate about technology. It is no brainer that blogging or “Sharing knowledge and experience on Internet” has many advantages over the traditional way of communication. The internet revolution in India is truly changing the way the society received precise information in time and updated itself for informed growth. Due to the rapidly growing popularity of blogging and vlogging (Youtube videos), It is evident that the same would be reflected in our field of Architecture, Construction, and Home Improvement Community.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 The term blogging itself evolved from Writing daily commentary as an enthusiast to the very professional way of blogging. During the last couple of years of my own study about blogging and vlogging brought me towards this field of work as I felt that I have a passion to experiment and experience in my way about blogging related to my sector.

For knowing what is blog please read this article. I have mentioned in detail about my own observation of blogging its uses and influence of social media in our everyday life.  

Firstly, the people would ask what this blog about is and why it is started. I am here to answer the same and explain you about my idea behind starting this blog.

This blog is for the construction sector and intended for those who want to improve their buildings and houses by modification and/ or new construction. Also, this blog is for my professional friends who want to keep touch with our community through blog updates. The latest technology and Pandora of experience that will be shared by using this medium will enrich all our community to bring the path-breaking, trendsetting technology in construction in its true sense.

Sharing Experiences together and growing further in our professional career is the goal of this blog and I will cater to the aspirations of new tech-savvy friends in this endeavor.

In the parallel, the blog is also a medium for information required for consumers who want to make small improvement and renovation in their home. Decorate their home with new products in the market and add small changes to their homes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Updating you on the latest innovation and technology that is trending in Architecture, Interior and Construction and the way it is projected to change the entire construction industry for good is my priority in writing posts on this blog.

 

While doing that, I study thoroughly about the topic that I am going to write about, and bring the most real, practical and honest information to the front, unlike the glossy magazines who are purely working for ad revenue, is the real strength of an internet-enabled blog. The trendsetting technology in construction will be covered in various topics in my blog.
